The 2013 convention of Chinese Society for Biomaterials was held in Shenzhen on 21th December to 23th December, 2013. This convention was hosted by Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School, Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen, Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology Chinese Academy of Sciences, and supported by Tianjin Sannie Bioengineering Technology Co.,Ltd.  This conference attracted many universities, colleges, scientific research and medical institutions, enterprises and management departments, etc. During the conference, the scholars and professionals, who were engaged in the research, application and production on biology materials, exchanged their own opinions about new theories, new methods, new materials and new discoveries on biology materials. In addition, the convention also invited some famous experts from domestic and abroad to make reports.
